didnt bother to check if they had more laundry soap after a dispenser took my money

unfortunately, both the pool and the laundry facilities were out of service during our stay

my little girl loved the indoor pool so really not much to dislike

the elevator is a bit iffy it kinda scared the kids but it was all fine.

wifi not working and i was not informed when i made the reservations

laundry is kept locking, disappointed

lite parking as a single lady arriving at night

staff was very friendly. parking was great. lots of room. bathroom was great.

clean, comfortable room with friendly staff; also good food for breakfast.

pool was open, kids were thrilled. clean, nice smelling comfortable room.

the stay alone with the great breakfast.

negative was that the pool and hot tub were pretty dirty

working order and they assured me it was, then when i got there the hot tub was as cold as the pool, then when

the staff was great, room clean, bed/sleep/breakfast good

there is a little fitness room which was available any time

t like that the rooms are far to the lobby where the breakfast,gym and laundry is at,also on our 3rd day there

there was a torrential rain for an hour, so going to the laundry room was a soggy trek, opening locked doors

smelled like urine, hair in the shower and the previous guest's laundry was in the bathroom closet

the shower did not work, the sheets had holes, there were leaks in the hall with a bucket, dirty laundry was

safe - well lighted parking nice pool area best breakfast buffet i have had in a long time - everything was hot

breakfast was a few tangerines and those individual boxes of cereal where you opened them and

the wifi password was invalid
