clean friendly laundry room quite. will stay there again

laundry room was nice to have available

the morning staff on friday was rude was a female doing laundry very colorful shirt everyone else was amazing

tile in the front lobby, the elevators, and especially the pool deck is downright treacherous

breakfast was presented beautifully, the food selection was superb

everything from the pillows to the breakfast

the breakfast was tasty and fresh. the rooms were perfect and comfortable.

in charge of sending the shuttle did not tell us the van read spring hill suites

used the gym a couple times and it had great machines, lots of space to work out comfortably

do not like microwave down so low where kids can bother

exercise room is next to pool and had overwhelming chlorine smell. breakfast was only average.

the breakfast was good tho a little different variety would have been better

wish it had a laundry romm to wash my clothes in. otherwise everything was awesome.

i ask can t u take them out of another room then wait for laundry to get done & replace

wifi not working, should of had access to bagged breakfast at least till 10 am

the taxes plus the pet fee brought me up to way more than what the room was worth

the bedroom was separate from the living areas. the kitchen was large.

pool area was nice. continental breakfast was well above the average free hotel breakfast.

no airport shuttle for our early flight like they said.

there wasn t a fitness centre, but i was able to use one nearby at another hotel in the group

property was a little older, so there wasn t a fitness room nor a pool

was an ice storm in the area, the reason that we stayed, and the parking lot and sidewalk were cleaned off

the breakfast was very good and well stocked and the employee was very helpful

host was amazing and very accommodating pool area is nice breakfast area is clean and

hotel was full of soccer kids and parents, kitchen was not keeping the food filled

very noisy , kids running up and down halls night and day.

decent sized kitchenette but not nearly as much as the photos implied

couldn't close the curtains. parking light was shining right on the head of the bed.

even though there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot, there was a noisy couple right next door to

the breakfast and the beds were super comfy, and it was really clean to be pet friendly.
