beautiful room, pool with cool water and two small warm pools on each side

breakfast options were generous, healthy, yummy

breakfast was good, coffee could be better

the water pressure was horrible and they ran out of food at the breakfast bar.

i tried to do some laundry in the guest laundry room and 2 of the 3 dryers were broken

the laundry area doesn't have a detergent dispenser and some of the dryer were broken or not working

the pool, hot tubs and steam room are amazing.

in particular a staff member who went above and beyond in helping us with our laundry

they even offered change for laundry room at our hotel because taina stated she couldn t assist

the indoor swimming pool was a little cold but they did their best to heat it up.
