very friendly, everything was clean & fresh, comfortable beds, nice hot breakfast & happy hour

the guest laundry had 2 washers but one was broken and said out of service until further notice
drove with our dogs and the astronomical pet fee was a surprise
$100 cleaning pet fee is extremely excessive. i haven t paid that much at other hotels.
