phones in the room did not work and the laundry facilities were not available due to maintenence on one of the

parking lot had lots of cigarette butts on the ground

location was good staff was pretty friendly and they are also pet friendly

also on last day was woke up and unable to return to sleep as many dogs were barking in the parking lot as the

reception had been called away to attend laundry work

the staff couldn t have been nicer and the breakfast was terrific

no pool only pool table and games for kids to play

my room was right next to the pool side of the hotel so it wasn't very quiet at times.

they provided us early check in, which was extremely helpful since we were coming from out of town for a holiday

dryer in guest laundry is awful

thought staff were awesome, room clean, pool great and beds comfy

parking became almost impossible after 5pm due to the trucks and work vehicles that flocked after

the location, the staff, the peace and quiet, the room service, the layouts of the room, just about everything

would love to have room service for coffee etc.

the mark restaurant in the hotel is excellent breakfast , lunch and dinner with a great bar attached as well

food at the restaurant and bar was great
