parking... some clients parked as if they were the only guests, causing many spots unusable

had a pet and were on the 5th floor, so it was a haul to bring her crate into the room and to take her

is that i found garbages under the bed, there was no remote control nor channel guide and the gym was closed,

we went for dinner to the bar and the food was fantastic!

the laundry is efficient

the wifi is toooo slow and no coffee machines in the rooms.

my main disappointment was with the limited machines in the gym

was really noisy, people were talking loudly in the corridors and we heard kids running around on the floor up

disappointing breakfast - i know there is no kitchen but there are shops in the area with which they could

complimentary self-serve laundry with washer and dryer is available for guest use

there was an ice machine, microwave and laundry room at the end of the hall

to room was cluttered, laundry room door was open and it just looked messy

everything! clean, sleek, breakfast, robes and slippers, laundry room and small store

well appointment, spotless property with fantastic staff and the most wonderful breakfast!

lots of parking. clean rooms. very comfortable. nice pool and hot tub.

pool too busy and should have a good size weight room for exercise. too tight of parking area.

where you can t see the lake unless you stand at a specific angle (otherwise you just see the parking lot)
