i had to ask (twice) to have the pool and spa opened in he morning. but the staff apologized.

i asked for early check in and i was met will a willingness to try and make that happen

clean, perfectly comfortable and quiet room, great ac and wifi, tasty breakfast

clean & still safely serving breakfast during the virus

location was great. beds were clean and comfy. shower was perfect! breakfast was excellent.

most love that it is a non-smoking facility, and the laundry/cleaning supplies are scent free

pool was not in service due to chemical problem

the wifi was fast...room and food excellent!

staff were very friendly, the room was super nice and clean, there's plenty of commodities, the pool and hot

the keys didna ? ? t work at the pool, no big deal though.

room was dirty never cleaned or fresh laundry during my stay outside patio area was dirty

bed mattress was prey 2 saggy; pool could habe been cleaner; laundry facility was not working

friendly staff, nice breakfast, pet friendly

breakfast was very minimal. cold pool

lack of breakfast choices, but i realize that is due to the current covid 19 situation.

gym could use a few more options. electronic key system was malfunctioning.

sunday so very few restaurants open so we ended up having to eat at perkins which was in the same parking lot

the overbearing smell of chlorine for the pool.
