under equipped laundry

having a clean, easy to use laundry was a benefit to us

the on-site laundry services were affordable and available when we needed it

had an easy check in, clean modern rooms, helpful staff, nice pool and sauna and as a bonus, the restaurant was

restaurant and spa in the hotel. and a bowling alley in the same parking lot. too much fun.

there was a laundry facility nearby as well as a canadian tire and a pharmacy for those just

great simple laundry room as we were touring

pet fees are steep and not made clear on the booking website

construction on front entrance. parking a bit of a challenge at night.

breakfast has a very good choice of everything

no microwaves, no water to buy, no laundry bags, hot tub closed

there was no laundry facilities for customers.

kids love the family feel of the place

location was along the main route on our trip easy access and parking!

would be nice if they had a suite available for pet owners

but was not very good, the tap was broken in our room, wallpaper was peeling in our room, poor wifi and cable

spa bath took quite a while to fill, but was a nice addition

the kitchen was not stocked with any utensils, plates, cups or glasses or pots and pans

breakfast could have had a few more choices like yogurt and bagels.

amenities like parking, wifi, etc were included which provided good value for the cost of the stay

not happy, i stayed as a family with two kids and my kids were unhappy too

the view into canada was amazing. parking lot was a little bit of a pain but doable

casino check in staff seemed bored and uninterested. no smile, and not very welcoming.

i would say if you're looking for a good fitness routine id suggest body weight exercises in your room :)
