they had a laundry issue, i was just for one night,, and it took literally hours to get towels
hotel is immediately ( with short cut through garage at the boulevard ) they have a laundry service
loved the indoor pool

the pool isn’t working

wifi wasn t strong enough to reach our room, and we rely on internet to work
pool broken, ac leaking, no hot water, dead insects in original room, lots of dogs, no restaurants
the pool was a little dirty, and oddly enough we didn’t have a toilet seat in our bathroom

staff and owner extremely friendly, food was great, pool was enjoyable, kayaks and bikes available at no extra

the most beautiful view and access to the lagoon, great pool very clean

people dropped their kids off amd they ran around acting crazy
