no laundry service on site makes long stays challenging

several great amenities; bar, restaurant, gift shop, concierge office, spa, and the gym is amazing

the facility has excellent free parking

nice rooms historic and well-situated, breakfast was great

like the location of the hotel, the amenities provided, like free parking, wifi, breakfast, guest laundry ,

laundry room dryer was not working and when my son let the staff know at the desk, they told him

there was laundry room available which was plus after skiing, the white face ski resort was only 9 miles away

on our floor,our bed didn't have a top sheet on it so i asked for one only to be told that the laundry was having

our room was above laundry room and we could hear the noise from washing machines

the laundry machine was out of order.

the fact that we were able to check in early (for the kids to swim after hours of driving) was so nice

canam hockey kids that come in on thursday thru sunday need to be more respectful and not be as noisy as they

the pool and hot tub was very relaxing and nice

no view. parking lot surrounds hotel. too far away from centre of town.
