you can't take anything that you want for breakfast, the staff put into your plate

breakfast included in the room fare, was buffet and it was great

queues for breakfast were huge - buffet not being self service contributed to this

you can enjoy the temazcal (steam room), the pool, gym or get a massage

the wifi didn't really work, it would go on and off

to get to reception and rooms, you need to go through parking garage

patchy wifi but that's true of most hotels in guatemala

parking was in the hotel courtyard and very secure

the wifi was spotty
