wouldn't use the pool for fear of something from the construction sight following on top of you

all of the rooms were centered around the courtyard pool so it was quite noisy

only problem was the construction going on with construction workers right over the pool area

very poor facilities, service, horrible wifi and very loud.

very good breakfast at that small restaurant by the pool and very good service from the girls that attend it

my last visit the guest washing machine was broken, but we took a taxi to a local laundry (mina's laundry) and

also, the hotel has a washer and dryer that you can use to do your laundry, which was a huge help to us

laundry was done perfectly in just 5 hours

underground parking was included

quality wifi

i wouldn't say this was a relaxing place to stay (lots of families with young kids and karaoke or other events

no sun on pool ever. food atrocious. run down facility. concierge spoke no english.

steep beach and waves make it hard for older folk and kids to get in and out

small pool but was always clean

the wifi also didn't work in our room but that might have just been an irregularity

missing soap, towels and it was made up as a hurry up, not a good start also, i used the watch laundry service

it didn't have mini fridge like i was hoping and the laundry service wasn't available

we needed laundry done, they provided me with the phone number but after multiple attempts i couldn't connect

the ocean front & infinity pool are beautiful. very friendly staff.

probably too much for small kids though

the hotel bar too had a lovely vista

wifi could be iffy, a non pysically mobile person would struggle with the stairs but i loved the

kitchen wasn t equipped, just small coffee maker and disposable cups

staff were all super nice , top notch service , the views of the ocean from the restaurant, bar and my balcony

kitchen should have dishes. terrible internet connectivity.

the laundry staff very friendly and ready to support me.

laundry service is too expensive.

maybe the bar service on the beach should start earlier than 11 o'clock.

no shade in the kids club area - did not even try spending time there

the tennis, gym, yoga and aquaearobics (daniel) together with the kids club were amazing

the pool is great with excellent views and lounge chairs for everyone (no early-morning hoarding of

the water over flow issue the hotel in general was a great experience lots of activities for the kids and adults

the beer was limited in the mini bar and also all inclusive didn t get you beer you wanted.

however, by the time we would get back from an active day out they were shutting down the pool bar at 6pm daily

breakfast was good. location perfect.

and advertised kids club

the kids club was amazing, the staff there were incredibly caring and worked really hard

food at the buffet (both breakfast and lunch) was not good , there was not wifi in the room and the ac was so

kudos to david (pool/beach area) for his outstanding customer service

there weren t enough pool chairs and people were running around trying to steal chairs

best of the place was the ac, room service and the cafeteria

prices of food, room service, laundry etc are totally exaggerated

wifi was very weak

the breakfast was amazing

com rate did not include my kids, although i had reserved for a family of 5

i didn't like that the only option for breakfast was buffet or room service

rooms could use some make up as well as tv, and improve wifi which was not reliable

a buffet breakfast would be a nice implementation

all of our requests and doubts, the room was amazingly well distributed and there is a good breakfast selection
