common areas were lacking attention - pool, spa areas were run down lack of staff evident as bar was closed etc

great view, spa is good and no extra cost.

breakfast is great, the staff is very nice, the spa has great treatments and the view is absolutely stunning

wifi could use a range booster. (our very large twin room had some dead spots.)
