the internet wifi would not work for an iphone despite the very helpful young receptionist trying everything

the hotel has a bar where you can also try different cognac

reception staff were very welcoming and the bar area downstairs was lovely

there is an excellent bar but we didn't find it straight away

and catherine, to the most welcoming arrival from gary and hours of fun conversation in the bar with damien

also, the attached cocktail / cognac bar is not to be missed, you d visit there just for the perfect cognac
