we were put opposite the laundry which was a bit noisy

room we were in was opposite the laundry and the staff were there late at night and very early in the morning

salt steam rooms; sauna; foot bath for two; monsoon and bucket showers; swimming costume spinner; laundry bag;

the room was very noisy opposite the laundry.

there should be a dedicated time slot that allows children to use the pool facilities

we could only get sandwiches for room service after 10pm but the night before it hadn t been a problem

nice decor, great location - lovely staff and the breakfast and room service was top drawer

chatting in a group blocking people from walking to their rooms, vacuum cleaners and bags of laundry strewn in

was above a noise that occurred every night - laundry room, perhaps

also sorted by housekeeping lady, they need to speak to their laundry people

over use of laundry detergent. was very strong smell which i found that i was allergic to.

we could hear the staff in the kitchen early morning and smell the food because we had to have the windows open

we had a superb room with pool view, and everything you could need

kids use of the pool overlapping with breakfast time was a bit frustrating as we were forced to eat

the pool and gym facilities were a fantastic added bonus

unsecure wifi despite having advised of my food allergies at booking and told that i could be catered for,

friendly helpful staff, good quality all you can eat breakfast, fantastic pool & spa area included in your stay

bedroom was spacious and the bathroom facilities were great; we enjoyed room service in the afternoon and the

lovely inside breakfast had good choice spa was wonderful pool was great excellent

had a great time in the bar last night with a staff member who was so friendly and obviously loves his job

free car parking and short drive to st helier

there was a area for sunbathing on the roof again with plenty seating swimming pool was an inside one

wifi signal in room but when reported, nothing was done access to lift was difficult as involved

location and parking. staff well trained and food good.

and a fridge however when we arrived the fridge had been removed and the only internet was via wifi

very accommodating with early check in and late check out to suit our flight times

i like how friendly and helpful the staff are and the wifi is brilliant in all parts of hotel.

laundry service was exceptional

service, location is fantastic just far enough out of the main town spacious room and great breakfast with

reasonable bar prices

the location was literally opposite the beach which, made for some memorable beach days for the kids

a short bus ride away from the centre of st helier on the coast overlooking the sea-bathing pool and lido

the room seemed to be in the vicinity of the hotel's laundry and we could hear all night long the rumbling and

bags of laundry were left in the stairwell and had to climb over them

kids loved the swimming pool.

the area outside the bar too bright needed lamps to create a nice atmosphere

the location and value for money. kids loved the breakfast
