the security was good. i loved the indoor pool clean and well done

very little space to walk the dog outside but grateful that they are pet-friendly!

the parking, the clean area s, first floor, very friendly staff, and how huge the shower area was

excellent breakfast. very comfortable room.

very crowded over the weekend, and there were alot of kids running up and down the hallways making alot of noise

wifi was very sporadic.

after discovering that our spa tub was not giving hot water, the host was rude and did not seem to care

i was disappointed that the tv did not work and i could not connect to the wifi

attention to detail, friendliness of the staff and service, help and suggestions in organizing spa treatments

room they gave us was in front of the hotel laundry with a lot of noises and with no privacy at all

of a laundry issue, we couldn t get into our room until 45 mins after check in

no laundry room in the hotel, we had to go to the city, such hotel should have one in my opinion

smell, and my room was across the hall from laundry and starts early in am

i swam in the indoor outdoor pool at church landing, which was amazing
