attention to detail, friendliness of the staff and service, help and suggestions in organizing spa treatments

after dinner, we enjoyed the fireplace in our room

place to stay: huge room with 2 person spa tub, walkable to small town, near to many nh attractions and outdoor

the area had lots of restaurants around to choose from, and good parking

when they were full the parking was a little tight

was fantastic, bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic

room they gave us was in front of the hotel laundry with a lot of noises and with no privacy at all

no laundry room in the hotel, we had to go to the city, such hotel should have one in my opinion

of a laundry issue, we couldn t get into our room until 45 mins after check in

smell, and my room was across the hall from laundry and starts early in am

clean, friendly, and close to restaurants. spa is also plus but pricey for some treatments.

pet fee was one of the highest ones i have ever payed

and very helpful, the rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job daily and the breakfast was

the pool is very small.

the security was good. i loved the indoor pool clean and well done

pool was small but the grandkids enjoyed it

the on site laundry was good, a bonus as we are travelling for a while.

the king size studio with kitchen was quite large and convenient

the eggs tasted like rubber the sausage tasted like rubber to everything was gross about it my kids wouldn't

the kitchen tools are good, solid

since the property is pet-friendly, we were able to have our son visit with his dog
