we needed to use the laundry facilities, and the sign said 30 minutes for wash and 30 minutes to dry

the pool and spa wasn't working

my kids felt like they were at the north pole

parking was a bit cramped. was a bit pricey but you don't have much choice it the area.

location, friendly staff and breakfast were excellent

some attention needs to taken in the laundry room. it was not clean

i did not use the workout room or the guest laundry, but i was happy to see them there

could use more shade/ umbrellas by the pool

there was construction debris in the parking lot and around the

expect anything for breakfast because of covid 19

was great except i bought a little box of laundry soap in the marketplace located at the front of the lobby and

we also used the pullout sofa because we had our kids so we asked for extra pillows and we're told they couldn

twin bed, no housekeeping unless 24 hour notice, moved mattress back to her remote seen loads of pet hair, urine

very early the next morning, several housekeepers were congregating at an obvious storage/linen laundry closet

professional staff, clean pet free smoke free accommodations, great breakfast and fast wifi.

i checked in i was forced to pay an additional $75 pet fee after already paying it once with my booking through

all need thicker barriers between rooms, the room above us had kids running crazy until 2am which kept us all

the breakfast was outstanding and they treated our kids to little gift bags when we left which was very generous

only negative thing was the bar very, very limited on what could be offered as far as adult beverages

piled on floor in our hall when we arrived, still there when we left next day, card said free wifi but i was

liked having the bar & food until 10:00.

the indoor pool was super clean and had lots of seating

nice place, great staff. restaurant and bar was very good

the heater/ac unit is quite noisy, and the laundry area is very noisy too

the lady who served breakfast was so kind, she had a nice conversation with my family and i

wifi working dirty towels and rooms people smoking rooms had stale smoke smell front lobby had such

indoor heated pool.

switched me out of a smoking room into non-smoking (what i reserved but booking

hot water, bar was closed, pool was drained, laundry room was closed, curtains were stained with clumps of dried

laundry was broke down also

no pool,laundry or bar

indoor pool was closed, there was no on-site laundry, and the room was not what it looked like in the picture

the best part was that the indoor pool opens at 6 am
