there seemed to be laundry and cleaning carts everywhere all day long, especially parked just off the elevators

the bar soap burnt my eyes and the shampoo and conditioner left my hair a wreck

we loved our room, the spa bath was amazing. our favorite part was our huge walk in shower!

creamer in both rooms was curdled and the parking lot was not salted or plowed well

highlight of our stay was engaging with the hard- working mary in the breakfast area each morning

didn't like that was kids in pool not being watched by there parents

did not like to the sound of the laundry room door being opened in the back of the house all night long waking

bathroom needed upgrade on toilet. it was like sitting on kids potty.

5pm-1:30am kids were running, jumping, yelling playing bouncing balls everything in the halls

many kids running down the hallway till all hours in the morning

fact that the hotel was doing some minor upgrading to their security systems and therefore the wifi i was cutting
