room, the staff, the breakfast, dinner in the restaurant, the lift, the roof terrace, everything basically except

helpful staff and delicious restaurant and breakfast. was modern, clean and had a lift.

breakfast was delicious with an assortment of breads, juice, eggs, bacon, and coffee choices

service staff are nice and supportive, we can call for laundry very late at night time and get it done by

each bungalow has its own parking spot and ev charging outlet, so you re covered there

amazing for kids, with lots of entertainment

everything was great, the staff was very helpful and when you stay in a bungalow you have room service without

great breakfast and room service free of charge. kids loved the animals at the farm.

2 bed c02 apartment was on ground floor about 2 metres from edge of pool so it was a bit noisy with kids and

- kinda off season for the area - so many of the beachfront facilities were closed (like the gym), but we could

overall very good stay, pool excellent too

found us a place to do laundry, held onto our bags until the room was ready, provided many bottles of water

excellent guidance from receptionist at checkin and again in helping us find a laundry spot.

the room, the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast, the value for money

staff super friendly. close to the beach. restaurantes. parking good breakfast

helped with an upgrade when the room we had booked did not accommodate a family with 2 teenage kids even though

nothing except the beach if you want to do something else with the kids.

gym was way under the expected, all machines were old and most either broken or in really bad shape

pools are amazing, specially for the kids, although the spa pool its also great for adults

the gym equipment was a bit outdated but got the job done.

gym needs upgrading and cleaning

very nice pool and garden, relaxing location near the river. trampoline for kids fun.

easy and free parking, easy checkin and check out, and the place suited us perfectly
