wifi was not good

kitchen facility only fridge and microwave

many mosquitoes, housekeeping was not done automatically and the kitchen stove was not working

kitchenette - i didn't use and would have not since it wasn't as clean as the other areas

kitchen and rooftop location for those who want city center.

there was no microwave there is no laundry mat

i would have liked to have laundry facility on site and somewhere in the room for drying out our swimsuits and

no onsite laundry but laundromat is nearby

room was ok, with the ac on cold there were no comforters available only bed sheets, there was no laundry in

the sign at the entrance could be more clear. a guest laundry room would be helpful.

my stay with the kids was amazing a great place to spend quality time with the family.

place is full of options such as kitchen, laundry, bicycle riding, swimming pool, restaurant and the beach is

dining room for six people, living room with flat screen, sofa convertible to sofa bed, laundry area with full

s phone and wifi did not work

the restaurant and bar both had delicious

spa was closed for renovations, which was a major disappointment

like the facilities have a bar and a restaurant on site, short drive to playa azul

it is a party hotel so it is difficult to sleep if you are on the bar side.
