dryer in the laundry room needs replaced or repaired

i had to shake off my items outside and do laundry to get rid of the ants

tv didn t work first day we showed up, no towels by the pool, and staff took out trash but no fresh

kids enjoyed swimming almost everyday but the last 2 days they closed the pool and said it needed

roomy, comfortable bed. liked couch and chairs. easy wifi

laundry mat dryers on the property had to be paid multiple times to dry clothes completely

the pool looked really nice too and they have a spa

swimming pool was very cold.

ac didn t work had to call guy to fix tv breakfast was beyond disgusting got locked out by pool door

the bed was great. breakfast was good.

had 3 fast food restaurants and 2 sit down restaurants in the same parking lot area

we were driving a big vehicle and the parking lot was

i wish they had more parking spaces located by the room i was in but that s about it.

the family that runs hotel is great. clean pool and great breakfast

to the description at booking, breakfast and a fitness room were supposed to be available but were not

lights in the bathroom was out there was no where to park due to busses winnebago and trailers parking taking

room was clean and bed comfortable however, it needs to be rules enforced for guest with kids

the breakfast was nice, and the pool was clean and easily accessible

we had to get refund for those two night and had to find somewhere else to stay with kids at 10:30p

didn't have pillows for sofa bed. pool was extremely cold!

did not use wifi although was available

very friendly and accommodating staff, fully explaining all benefits of stay (breakfast, wifi, etc)

pool was still broken and the laundry room inoperable

the breakfast was better than most hotels, with several choices, even a pumpkin spice waffle option,

breakfast was adequate considering covid workarounds. i appreciate the effort.

breakfast was not warm enough especially the eggs

we had to sleep on top of the sheets to not overheat and we had two small kids with us

parking was not availed on-site do to people with car trailers taking up 5 and 6 spaces

i asked for a late checkout to finish up some laundry

on the ceiling and all around the bathtub the only guy that was there didn't have the key to the laundry so we

also being able to do my laundry onsite was very helpful

trashes outside & laundry room was full

pool does not open until 10am and check out is at 11
