our room was over the laundry room which made it very hot and the air conditioner couldn't keep up

walked in and bedding was so wrinkled i couldnt tell if clean or was in the bottom of laundry basket

hot tub was broke down, asked for kleenex and was told they were out, no wifi, had to wear coats to eat breakfast

loved the fact that the pool and hot tub were open 24hrs and adults only after 10

we could tell as soon as we pulled into the parking lot
