laundry facilities clean and only $1

were all over the floors, not enough for all the kids there, price for one night was high for the pullman area

the amount i paid for the pet room, i expected a little nicer room

many comfy pillows, good wifi, nice pool and hot tub, quiet and yes the bacon was fab

gym and pool

our room was next to the laundry room, so we didn't sleep well at all. poor experience!!!

hotel is close to my kids residence and activities in pullman

pool wasn't usable which was a bummer but the kids enjoyed the hot tub and small basketball court

the two head shower was amazing and the saline pool was refreshing without all the chlorine

one small grab bar at the end opposite of where you stand under the shower head

the location, close to campus and the free shuttle service that goes to the airport and campus.

bar was not too expensive and food was amazing

add in the elevator and on the digital menu indicated a kids menu- but the server said they no longer provided

friendly staff, housekeeping is always really nice, bar service was good

i liked that they had quarters available for laundry

breakfast was awesome. the pool was awesome.everthing was awesome.

lots of unsupervised tween kids in the pool

donovan even proactively offered a vet discount for wsu patient families and waived the pet fee for us

the pool was indoors which we were able to enjoy

the parking was nice, and the nice view from my window towards the campus.

the breakfast is fine for a cheap stay; but otherwise below par

amount of times it took to unlock my door, being so close to the breakfast area and front desk as well as the

breakfast was very simple, waffles, fruit, cereal

the staff they was very friendly, loved the breakfast,close location from the university, parking was ok

end room near parking lot and stairwell was noisy at times.

could have better amenities, gym, water filling station, better breakfast

need more selections for breakfast.

our kids only swam once in 3 days
