no laundry bags in room , bathroom floor was dirty when walked in with white socks

the pool was freezing , not heated like it used to be and didnt have a hot tub like listed

the price, no free breakfast was offered

parking can be tough

not enough handicap parking

limited laundry facilities, out of sundry items, some staff conveyed a despondent disposition when

the wifi is kind of slow and kicks you off

the sidewalks and lay salt down, or having to dig myself and parents out of the snow in there parking lot, or

of the other guests staying here seemed pretty shady, and their was suspicious activity in the parking lot at

the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was amazing!!

breakfast was good, no cream cheese for bagels , cereral selection needs more , biscuits & gravy
