the main pool was in construction and we were informed by the time we arrived.

advertised laundry facility and restaurant but neither were available

the pool area is nice and big, perfect for children and families also and kept very clean by the

1. no wifi 2. no cable tv 3. bed was broken 4. toilet was broken 5. door lock was broken

pool was dirty but we weren t really looking forward to that.

couldn t even get a hair dryer as advertised and forget about massage and spa services

loved the history and craftsmanship of the building and pool

it does need a little maintenance, but the infinity pool and views overcame the flaws

we had the opportunity to meet his beautiful family at breakfast

really beautiful place, garden and pool are just heaven on earth

the pool is perfect for little children unable to swim

the parking was full and was hard to find a spot, also the ground was not in good conditions

it was easter sunday, so they had a little surprise for kids, very thoughtful of the staff

the parking for my disabled wife was the best and close to the lobby

only 2 staff members seemed to know about the laundry service, so make sure to train them on this knowledge

the breakfast was good. i enjoyed the omelet station

the spa the employee there was unfriendly almost rude i booked a session( extra fee) for the steam

hotel also prepare a area of food for kids to satisfy the need of children

breakfast is great. location is the best ever. for this type of hotels

the room we booked had direct view to the pool and it was gorgeous

kids had to wait more than an hour for dinner or by the

spa was disappointing even though massage was great

back to marriott buenaventura for a week end - really good spa and swimming pool, nice environment in the resort
