would have rated this hotel with a 10 if we could have used the pool

room service took a lot longer than the prediction they gave us and the trays weren't collected

we considered the pet fee to be more expensive than other hotels

room with small balcony overlooking the pool

i only found out there was a gym and spa by happening upon the door during a spanish language tour of the

good restaurant with attentive and friendly staff, and a quirky night bar in the cellars

good breakfast and we liked the ev charging in the car park

restaurant and food amazing local dishes we had taster menu it was different class, lovely pool and vies our

was no laundry service at the hotel and apparently no outside service they could direct me to

bar area is also a snack/cafe area which meant the bar lacked ambience

placed hotel near lots of bars and restaurants in the old town by the cathedral
