big fireplace in lounge area but not lit on coldest night so far

hotel claims to be pet friendly,but if like us you have a dog with separation anxiety it was a wash out

wifi was pretty unreliable.

the free wifi was a little patchy and slow in some parts of the hotel.

warm welcome, ample parking, beautiful location, spacious clean and nicely decorated accommodation - staff were

done by exception when a form was filled in and requested, this makes total sense for cleaning/laundry etc but

chasing up our laundry

left me watch in the bathrobe at the spa, when i realised this spoke to the staff next day, the laundry had not

afternoon tea was lovely and breakfast excellent.

waited 15 minutes to be served with a drink in the bar due to not enough staff.

were very thin, could hear everything in room next door, was woken at 6:15am first morning with laundry being

advertise laundry service but don t actually have it, when i approached reception about the issue i found

signage for the stairs was minimal and concluded in me finding the laundry then walking around the rear of the

room with amazing view over the forest, lovely grounds of the property, on site laundry, great

self laundry only had two washers and one very small dryer stayed up most of the night trying

we had to share lift facilities at peak times with staff and dirty laundry equipment and at

very clean and nicely run loved restaurant and pleasant staff and laundry room

who were not very accomodating to us for having a pet

the food in the bar was really nice, and exactly what we wanted after a day of hiking and exploring

only a short drive from pitlochry which is well worth a visit and also the golf club which serves good food

there was a restaurant menu, but with kids we decided the cost was too much

arrival to our room corridors full of towels and sheets on floor & not in laundry bags, this was after 3pm,

adult only time or quiet time as the whole point of a spa area is to relax and not have screaming kids
