t get any new towels for 3 days of our stay because they didn t have anybody to do the laundry

24/7 laundry, was woken at 3:30 in the morning by music coming from an android phone by man doing

the only thing we didn't like was the room service breakfast we ordered. english muffins and

i'd encourage the hotel to better sign post their drinks/food service by the pool as it wasn't obvious to us

our family suite, which had a lovely view of the pool, was immaculate and exceptionally hygienic

the pool was great, the hot tub was relaxing

drawback i ever have is i wish there were laundry facilities on the 1st floor

parking is very small and crowded. very hard to find a parking spot.
