pool and hot tub was open

was on the third floor and the family above me let their kids run around their room until about 2am

i was having an issue with wifi connection on my end and the staff was amazing

just the nasty road coming into the parking lot, but that's just michigan.

checking in i asked if the pool and hot tub were available they answered yes however it was only the pool that

the sausages were spicy at breakfast

pool was cold, could hear people above walking around in their room as well as people below us

staff was accommodating, the pool area was very clean, the room was fantastic

breakfast was great too

the room was comfy and clean...and used the laundry...was a great bonus...

was our wedding night and there were kids running up and down the hallways knocking on doors all night and

a lot of kids constantly at the pool

i guess fine for us but definitely not good if kids were going to stay at this hotel

i wish there would have been. laundry facility to use in the hotel.

we were never informed that there was an extra pet charge as the hotel listed

can't take breakfast back to room pool needs more lighting it was pretty dim seining in the

hotel was very clean. staff was helpful. nice grab-n-go breakfast!

that was one of the reasons i chose that hotel so my kids could go swimming

floor around the pool area is extremely slippery and the baby kept falling even though she was not

cleanliness of pool/spa area could use improvement

it had laundry facilities and breakfast was wonderful with similar yet different freshly cooked options

the manager the next day i mentioned to her how when i got the linens the night before from the laundry room

not a breakfast person so the bagel and coffee was just perfect for me.

wish the pool hours were extended for adults

the location, staff and comfort are excellent. i liked the kitchen and home away from home feel.

we weren't able to get wifi to our mac book in room.

couldn't sleep every well it was noise with kids running in the hall and up and down steps al night and i had

there with our youth baseball team- but there was a bachelorette party there that was up in the parking lot

room we found spider eggs, but they were quick to get us in another room and gave snacks for the kids

ended up having to take laundry 5 miles away to a safe laundromat and paid 3x what it would have been at the

we had to request linens and room service never came, we had to walk to the front desk

just overall my adult kids and i all felt that it was below average for breakfast at a hotel
