i had to take out my own garbage, put our dirty laundry in the hallway

this was very disappointing as it was the number one reason we choose this hotel to let the kids swim indoors

was extremely nice, cafe & bar good food and drinks at a fair price

(the bar in the bathtub is smart but i don't like hotel bathrooms with tons of bars

price was quite high for peoria, il dirty dishes in the dishwasher no free laundry check out time was 11:00 am

service, large clean well stocked rooms, delicious breakfast and reasonably priced - what else could you ask

everything! front desk staff were very friendly. breakfast options were abundant.

for ground level due to pet and got 3rd floor

were other guests that were loud and cursing in the parking lot

second day they were applying oil to the parking lot which made it where we had no parking spot

they know folks will turn back around and want their money back as soon as they pull into the parking lot

it has a great laundry, workout, pool, & a nice lobby & cafe

looking to book this hotel it stated clearly that the hotel bar and restaurant were close

really small four points hotel is way better and cleaner staff at this hotel was rude girl at the bar charged

tv was not connected to wifi so only have 10

it was quiet, the location is close to everything and lobby area, with laundry room

hot tub was nice but everyone including kids wanted to be/play in hot tub

the pool looked great but was not open, pending inspection so was disappointed about that

room service screwed up on my breakfast so my husband and i ate at different times while i waited

recently remodeled. clean pool. place looked nice. friendly staff

room service will not clean your room unless you stay over 5 days

very clean, excellent breakfast, kind and attentive staff.

this is my second time staying and both times it has been extremely packed with kids

room service knocked on the door at 10:50am with door sign listing 12 checkout.

for a new hotel the indoor pool was very small. no hot tub.

workout room was great and a great assortment of things for breakfast that was included with the stay

was very nice and well lit in the parking lot witch was great because i got there in the middle of the

anthony and the shuttle service made it so easy to attend the concert and not have to navigate driving and

the staff were excellent and the shuttle service was very helpful.
