i have to say anything negative, i would say the pool could have been cooler

i paid for the top of the line room with a spa tin and the room only had a tub/shower combo

parking lot was well maintained

breakfast was hot and tasty

was smoking outside which i just didn t like walking in to with my kids, our comforter really needed replaced

laundry facilities on site, much appreciated

were a lot of kids in the pool area up until close and they were running crazy

staff, room, amenities, breakfast , bed/pillows

the coffee was great while we watched the kids in the pool

room was clean. staff was cordial. parking was spacious and location was close to freeway.

i thought it strange that the rooms closest to the desk were used for staff (laundry facilities, linens, etc)

the name is now grand stay fyi. area. cleanliness. friendliness. hot tub and pool.

laundry stopped working in the middle of wash cycle so the front desk has to put it in the

opened breakfast area an hour earlier for multiple sports teams staying at hotel.

i have no complaints, other than the pool... it was just a tad bit on the tiny side.

saturday night only there is always ppl up late around 11:30 or so making a lot of noise in the parking lot

they charge a pet deposit that is not listed on booking
