explanation from the staff about our complaints of the pool and laundry area and could have done a better job

the guest laundry had a light bulb out , and out of date coin top loader machines( 1 washer and 1 dyer)

next night we had no wifi at all

room was dirty. things from previous tenants weren t removed. the wifi didn t work.

asked front desk and was told laundry issue and had no towels available

i did a load of laundry, and the front desk staffer was gracious, providing me change

laundry room directly below our room boiler and mechanical vibration transferred into the bed

pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities were not working
