so there was an odor to the room like dirty laundry

were hoping for a heated pool' lol

always a great stay! clean rooms, kids live the pool and a great breakfast

the cleaning staff are very loud early in the morning and if you are in a room by the staff laundry room you

staff helpful a bit out of town but walkable if you have to has a guest laundry which was a bonus to be able

it got to the point that i would follow them to the laundry room to get them ugggh

if you need to do laundry , you may have to wait your turn

and because of that i would expect to have fresh towels and face cloths and i did not go to the laundry room

noise from the laundry

was clean and the beds were comfortable but they use something in there laundry the perfume smell was so strong

they put us at door d where we had to pass the laundry room and the staff room

it would be nice of you could get some laundry done on the premises

could be a little bigger menu, especially with kids i think.

we were inside most of one day, so we used the fitness room and did a load of laundry

unfortunately this room was located just off the highway and directly below the room was the laundry facilities

wish the laundry machine worked off of room keys instead of coins

having the guest laundry on the same floor was a nice touch to add on to the offered

i like that we had assess to wifi and television and option to eat at our room

the hotel was full of hockey kids and there were adults and kids yelling and running down the hallway at 11:3

kitchen was being renovated so menu was limited and a bit pricey.

when you have young kids its nice to sit and have a good breakfast when you only stay for one night
