laundry room can use an update

laundry is 50% out of order and 50% almost out of order. it is better not to plan laundry here

dryer machine was not working as it should in laundry room

hot water, full bins even in the teepee(virtually no guests there), facilities not at all clean, laundry room

also, the laundry room was the biggest disappointment - we chose this place in part because a laundry room
