laundry on our floor was an added bones

one of them almost smooshed a lady with their laundry

laundry was never replaced

the laundry was an added bonus but needs an option to get change on the 6/8th floor instead of going

laundry was a huge plus

didn't like having to go to the outside bar and order food

love that they were pet friendly

great location, awesome bar and pool! love the water shuttle to seacrets

can hear the hallways pretty good, slamming of doors, kids, pets

the pool and bar are amazing. the staff especially scotty and justin were awesome!

however, the kitchen and use of laundry facilities and a nice pool and pool bar would have me returning

thing i didn t like is that it didn t have an outdoor pool but the pool across the street was

had a connected door to the room next to us and could hear everyone s conversations and loud kids was annoying

pool needs to be monitored by staff. kids eating and drinking in pool.
