a little short staffed and no clean towels by the pool

sadly i only chose the hotel for the pool to take my kids there this winter

people had to yell into the kitchen to get their bill to close out because they waited awhile and needed to

the hotel was an oasis with covered parking, tesla supercharger across the street, a bar that was actually open

easy check in, and check out. location, weight room, morning room service was prompt.

stayed at the bloomington normal, illinois property last night for a quick getaway with the kids to go swimming

was disgusting cloudy water and made the kids swimsuits stink

issue was no bar soap in the bathroom, but we made use of the body wash in the shower for that

kids liked the pool

pool being open, the lobby being able to be used by guests late into the evening and the bar not

that the hotel didn't offer free wifi.

smelled like ass to be completely honest i had to put a towel over it before i laid down the pool area smelled

parking lot was easily accessible, but had broken pavement

breakfast closed early, so we were turned away 25 minutes before designated time

we enjoyed the pool while we were there. the room was clean.

only thing i did not like was the pool

i wish the room had a baggage stand and bag for dirty laundry.

laundry person very loud in the halls and when other employees asked him to keep his voice down

able to eat in meeting room made this stay more manageable with my kids for meals

the parking lot the side door was an awkward entrance but other than that it was great

there was no laundry soap in dispenser, had to wait for front desk to get some (hailey was great, went out of

wi-fi wasn't working. loud noise from laundry area after 8 pm & london refrigerator.

the laundry machine was there, but i wasn't sure it was clean enough to use it

room was clean and it was pleasantly quiet. they also let me late check out til noon.
