laundry and location

when i first arrived the morning staff were in the laundry room smoking pot near my room

bathroom was a little run down and the pool was not clean enough to be used when we went down

wifi in our first room didn t work, they did move us to another room

good wifi and location

i liked the pool the beds so comfortable and very quite a, beautiful place to stay...

beds were very comfortable, ease of parking

very friendly staff, clean, newer rooms, nice big parking lot.

very clean, off highway, plenty of parking

only in room item provided was one small bar of soap

great to have self serve laundry on site

the laundry room wasn't active for guests

but it collapsed the wifi was now non-existent, the elevator did not function, etc

didn't even end up staying here because when i arrived the entire parking lot was a young teen soccer game, and

no wifi, no ice machine, outdated, family's were living in hotel

was perfect, delicious breakfast, great pool, laundry room, great staff, free parking

we did not have time to explore the swimming pool and the gym, we hope to do that next time we come

spacious, comfortable, and up to date room. nice staff. good breakfast.

there were kids staying above us , sounded like they were throwing each other around

we could see the hotel but found the route to the hotel parking lot difficult

a bar and food was available but i didn t take advantage of that

laundry facilities are also very nice- clean and new

the pool, gym, and laundry also exceeded expectations

the lobby and gathering area was spacious. the bar was a nice addition.

we only had a short stay overnight, but the kids had a blast in the pool and at breakfast the next morning

check-in time could be earlier. 4:00 pm does not allow for much time to use the pool.

pool and sauna temperature were perfect

the gym area was clean

not only were they both broken, both treadmills in the gym were broken

pool clean and great temperature and jacuzzi as well

wifi was terrible

sink was clogged- no blanket kitchen was not working broken exhaust- property not maintained

the gym was too small.

lots of parking available

not worth the price, place under construction (no notice), pool closed, tiny gym, dated...

breakfest was a joke the bar and pool were closed

the gym and laundry facilities are great

pool, wifi, laundry, board and yard games available, etc

the laundry room came in handy and breakfast had plenty of choice

also able to do laundry on site very affordably

i used the laundry and that was good

room i stayed is next to the laundry room, people were doing their laundry after 11 pm, all the

quiet, laundry facilities, staff was friendly and welcoming

originally put me next to the laundry room, but they did let me move to another room.

laundry machines were out of order

thin walls. unbalanced washer or dryer in laundry and people in hall were very loud.

hotel does laundry every 3 days to conserve

we arrived there were boxes and what looked like bags of laundry in the lobby

in re-model mode lacked basics such as fitness center and laundry room

dated property. gym was very old and not functioning

staff ,and the guest laundry didn't work. to much noise from upstairs room, couldnt sleep.

fact there is one elevator and one laundry room in one corner of the entire property was the only short coming

drinking water in the room , complementary facilities when we are staying more than a month like laundry, water

24 hr cereal, juice, coffee,hit cocoa. free laundry,yeah!

breakfast was great! gym was a nice & clean. beds were comfortable so got a good nights rest.

requested new sheets and they couldn't provide because the laundry service wasn't back yet

pet friendly, i wasn t aware, dogs were barking at odd times.

ask everything separately, for example we had to come to the reception three times asking about laundry, than

kitchen grill fan was out of service and food menu limited.

think there were items left out of my room that would have been beneficial to me- a tv guide, wifi password,

no room service

nice breakfast had a snack at bar w/ a drink. very nice.

room was near the laundry area the noise was noticeable. breakfast needs to improve the variety

on site laundry useful too

we had laundry to do, snd i ended up washing it in the tub, and getting up at 6am to use the dryer, when

they have the small supermarket and the laundry room which is quite convenient

the ambiance was everything from the lobby, to the bar to the hallways ,to our gorgeous yet practical wants ie

of great selections; nice entrance space; parking right by the entrance; room equipped with kitchen and refrigerator

breakfast was decent

rooms were comfortable and spacious, and included a full kitchen and sitting area

the staff was exceptional, the bar staff was by far the most enjoyable i have met in a hotel of this caliber

pool was empty but i didn't plan on using it so it didn't inconvenience me.

hotel doesn't have laundry

we were put in the room next to the laundry room so we were up till 11ish n had to get up at 430am

also they provided free laundry access which was very helpful

details about the breakfast like other guest ud83dude1f i had to ask and we were located by the laundry room

it was clean and had plenty of space! my kids had a blast and it was so close to legoland!!
