laundry facility was right down the hall

it wasn't clear that to to use wifi you had to join the rewards program. this was

breakfast had lots of great options, and the breakfast staff were on top of refilling everything

bed was comfortable, wifi great, staff excellent, very clean

amenities. pool and breakfast!

young kids were staying next door and kept us up most of the night

for a 5-star property, i wish the bar could be open longer and availability of some meal option for later

then i also loved the flat top stove and mini kitchen, i was able to cook

checking in, the lady at the counter stated that there is a $125 fee for pets

also laundry services supply closet was unlocked

we were hauling a small trailer but the parking lot doesn't accommodate pull through parking for vehicle and

we travelled with a pet

nice free mini buffet which is perfect for kids or if you want a light supper

a homeschooling mom of 5 kids; time away by myself is pretty rare

very nice hotel and a great complimentary breakfast

complimentary shuttle to and from the airport

provided shuttle was perfect to get around campus or back and forth from the train station

room service was spectacular, the staff was amazing

they have a gym room but i didn't use it

convoluted way to get wifi

breakfast bar ran out of some items. the receptionist who checked us in needs to smile more.

with my extended stay i used the laundry facilities the front desk also had laundry soap and dryer sheets

the front desk lady was amazing! helped with my laundry, ordering food and was very nice!

did not like how the cleaning staff would try to push the laundry cart while actively on a cell phone call

staff was extremely helpful with laundry questions

laundry room and spacious parking area was very helpful since we re on the road trip with rv

they moved us to another room that had poor ac and smelled bad due to the fumes from the laundry room

only the slight confusion of entering the parking lot

the room smelled like mold and mildew, our room was never cleaned by room service either.

bed was super comfy. pool was clean and fun. breakfast was made to order.

hot tub was cold swimming pool was colder. reserved a room with a pull out couch no couch

they did not disclose it was a handicapped room. they tried to charge for wifi, breakfast, etc.

contractors stay here with huge and noisy trucks taking up many parking spaces

the dogs. it is a wonderful place for your pets to stay.

our room was across the hall from the maid laundry room which was open constantly

noisy air conditioning. very humid and smelly. my guess is the laundry room flooded the hallway

no waffles (kids were sad about that) no jelly or pb for toast

it was 'pet friendly' but then charged $25 for my pet

great location in campustown. spacious room. useful laundry room.

was quite compact, but well thought through - i did not really use the kitchenette, but the bath was adequate
