much everything about the hotel was excellent, i really wish there would have been a guest laundry room, but

just that there wasn't a guest laundry room

loved the pool!

dirty pool, and gym with barely any equipment

hot breakfast cleanness of lobby and breakfast room, varieties and flavor of breakfast menu, parking spaces

we did not use it, but the pool area was really pretty with a waterfall and well appointed

very safe with hallway room entrances, as opposed to parking lot/exterior

brown bag breakfast and coffee not available after breakfast hours.

price for one night, the trim/lining of the pool tore the kids up.

the kids didn't get to eat breakfast because it had not started yet

they started about 9am , dragging a laundry cart that obnoxiously loud and in need of repair

appreciated that they took pets in the fact they had a restaurant and bar at the hotel

no breakfast, pool or elevators

there was more than adequate parking

advertising that there was an indoor pool and spa

the spa hot tub was not working, need to have a broken sign or get it repaired.
