staff extremely helpful. breakfasts excellent. roomsd super clean !! a joy after pandemic !

parking lot work a bit inconvenient but understandable.

there were several large holes in parking lot that were 10 x 8 and more than 6 deep

breakfast was great too

the hotel also allows locals to get pool passes

pool area was small and very dated

very nice breakfast

even with covid they had a decent breakfast assortment

no towels in pool area

our room was close to elevator, stairs and laundry room.

i used the laundry room, which also could use scrubbing or painting

room was next to the laundry area and the loud thumping noise sounding like someone was randomly knocking on

one dryer in the guest laundry doesn t dry to well but it wasnt that serious of an ordeal for

laundry room was a nickel-and-dime operation and the front desk refused to give us change,

no dirty laundry bag

laundry service was also out of order

carpet was dirty, pool was closed.

everything was great the staff was friendly great rooms comfortable clean great breakfast

the price was outrageous and it is not a pet friendly hotel! smelled like pot!!

right from the start there was a very friendly front desk clerk, the pool was warm and our kids had fun swimming

spa in room

tv only has 5 or so channels, which include old western movies that the kids are not interested in

there were kids running up and down the hallway until late at night

dryer was out of order so could not use laundry

the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to allow the use of laundry room dryer to dry my load of jeans

ability to do laundry when i needed

the staff shortage meant no breakfast service (or gym access)
