put me in a room that was above the laundry, which shakes the room and is very loud

my kids were disappointed that the pool was out of service.

the room leaking ac was left on also no room service to bring food to rooms then at food desk they new food

wish there had been room service. the menu in the room gives one the idea that it is available.
