we had trouble w wifi wanted us to follow out a form seemed to want us to have to sign up for rewards member

housekeeper came knocking and let her self in and started cleaning the bathroom before my kids and i were able

put me in a room that was above the laundry, which shakes the room and is very loud

my kids were disappointed that the pool was out of service.
