the pool was really small and no hot tub but the breakfast was good and it was clean

kids pull out bed was very uncomfortable for them.

kids were unsupervised and out of control

was happy that the pool was open later so we could enjoy with the kids.

there was an altercation in the parking lot with that group and local police

i was also told my kids were the only kids in the entire hotel

housekeepers and laundry were gossiping in hallway by exit door numerous times when we were going in/out

advertised a gym and it was closed,even after covid restrictions were lifted

some found my daughters phone was found out in the parking lot and the staff made sure to they found who it

thing to do different is add a second dryer to guest laundry area on second floor and add a guest laundry area

but, during our wait for a new room, found laundry on site

there was also a nice guest laundry area available

i love the laundry self-service facilities: you can do your own laundry for only $2.5 a batch!

the hotel it s self is great nice and clean the pool is great if you have kids

the fact that there wasn't free wifi. kind of a bust that you have to pay for it.

the bed the kitchen how helpful the staff tried to be

the building needs some attention. the parking lot needs work,

privacy when changing clothes short of having to enter the bathroom, we had obnoxiously bright parking lot lights

just missed breakfast, i wish hotels served breakfast a little later

the front desk did replaced it with a clean one, price for what we got ,carpet in halls dirty and laundry baskets

loved the facilities offered the spacious laundry room large exercise room we used the master suite plenty of

updates weren't completed in my room, the dirty laundry basket stayed in the hallway day and night, loud fridge

rooms were spacious, and i had easy access to the pool and gym had i decided to use them (i did not)
