can think of nothing except perhaps better wifi

no wifi in rooms which initially i wasn't happy about but after a day enjoyed an internet free

and complicated wifi access (and no access in the room) - room at street side on ground level - small

friendly staff, free breakfast in the morning, wifi in common areas

the room was amazing and the kitchen and living areas are beautiful

excellent location for a nice beech. good beech bar walking distance via beech or road.

the hotel also is actually part of a group, so the pool is down the road at a different hotel

close to the beach. good breakfast. nice pool.

helpfulness of the staff in terms of sorting out the bicycles and providing maps and offering the laundry service

would be better value for money if spa was included rather than being an extra hourly rate

it was sold as an hotel with spa and there was no spa!!!

the facilities, pool, garden, rooms and breakfast are all excellent, the staff are wonderfully friendly and

property is advertised as featuring a spa whose opening has been postponed for several months now and has been

housekeeping standards were inconsistent and several errors were made with respect to laundry

the staff were also very helpful especially the two girls on reception and nick the bar manager, however, we

receptionist was so kind and even gave my kids an extra few minutes in the pool in the evening as the days were

to a ferry cancellation and re arranged bookings we selected this hotel based upon it having a bar and restaurant
