didn t realize that i booked a smoking room

location was good. did not participate in breakfast as we got on the road early.

wifi didn't work much as it was expected

was a bunch of kids and they were always in the pool as they were always rough housing and unsupervised so we

the pool was closed because of a chlorine issue. missed the swim.

for a two night stay it was expensive and had to pay for parking

the staff are very friendly and i commend them for providing good breakfast in this pandemic

no issue with the wifi and the to-go hot breakfast was great

parking during a snow storm was an issue. we sorted it out with the help of the front desk.

the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. having a door to walk outside of the room

property was clean, had free parking, was very close to the go train and served a hot

i was pleased that there were laundry facilities available and the hot breakfast was good

we also like that there is a (coin operated) laundry on site

wish there were an atm machine and/or something that breaks up bills into coins, since the laundry facilities

elevator areas are dirty. also the laundry room is messy.

came 4 adults and 2 kids and bed was very small and can't be for 2 adults

we had asked if we could get cash back for their laundry facilities or charge it to our room and we

loved that the room came with a full kitchen

breakfast was nice and loved the pool and hottub

parking was tight. needs to be expanded.

when i asked reception for extra towels, they said they ran out and have to wait for laundry/dryer

pool at time had too many kids. i didn t like the turkey sausage.

team was staying as well and the kids were running all over the hotel and adults were all drinking in the front

my kids had so much fun playing in the pool! the hotel is beautiful!
