was no mini fridge or laundry bag

the location of the pool is weird and water got everywhere from kids running in and out

desk staff spent more time in parking lot having a smoke, night front desk undertrained

breakfast was above average, for these types of breakfasts

didn't like seeing the breakfast was coming from laundry room

laundry machines were awful and did not work at all

i would have liked the laundry facilities, if they had worked.

no silverware for food, no changes for laundry at front desk

laundry was extremely loud sounded like a jack hammer in my room

dryer in the guest laundry was out of order

i actually arrived with a bag of laundry that i was going to throw in the dryer, (embarrassing

were comfortable room was big parking was very nice and staff was very efficient and helpful

the cleaning staff even let us check out a room they were cleaning when my kids took interest in the amenities

needed fruit at the breakfast. not enough chairs at the pool to sit and watch the kids.

didn't know about extra pet fee until we checked in. but staff handled it well.

breakfast had quality food, range free fresh eggs. laundry room was clean and easy to use.

in was delayed over 1 1/2 hours due to lack of bedding from laundry

big rooms, two queen size beds. swimming pool kept the kids happy, bar kept the wife happy.
