lovely pool that was not open as it was september

outdoor terrace to eat, but were told dogs had to go into kennel, not what i would rate a pet friendly hotel

accommodation with private parking, which is a real bonus

room, the garage facilities, the pet facilities, the food, the location and the value for money

were impressive however colour scheme on interior walls was quite garish in places the swimming pool is small

to much trouble for him the food was amazing and typically spanish, served by isabel, from the bar who delivered

one of the swimming pool is shallow and perfect for kids

i didn't like that the room doesn't contain mini bar or tea kettle.

wifi signal pathetic. to be honest it is more accurate to say there is no wifi.

it was difficult getting in and out of their garage also the wifi was not good.

it was my second stay at this hotel. i like the bar that is in the opposite building.

down 2 doors to friendly tapas bar with tasty huge tapas 2 for each drink ordered

the 'dining area' and bar area was continually in darkness

pool is small but welcome on a hot evening

we booked half board but the restaurant was closed so we were forced to eat in the snack bar with a limited

swimming pool - a super bonus on a hot (36 deg) day

we would have used the outdoor pool but at the beginning of may thought it d be too cold located in the center

the swimming pool was fantastic, service excellent and staff very helpful and friendly

we had the gorgeous pool to ourselves and were spoiled with a delicious iced coffee and cake

comfortable bed, good shower and a decent restaurant and bar downstairs

did not appear to be any disabled car parking, the restaurant was a little threadbare with very uncomfortable

no rooftop bar is ok out of season but light for reading or playing games would be nice!

i missed the hot selection due to not looking properly, my wife and kids all found it though and really enjoyed

the pool was small but still nice for a dip to cool down.

a minor point: the hotel wifi has no name

the pool area was a little dirty,there was very little furniture.but had fantastic views.

square of baeza, which is a town i would recommend anyone to visit; we even found a craft ale bar nearby

i had to say something negative, i would say that the wifi connection is slow

i had issues with the wifi which i needed to work and they went the extra mile to make sure that i could work

i think the food menu could improve for room service

they had included a beer or glass of wine in addition to the cocktail because the lady at the bar was very picky

upon arrival (late, at about 19:30) they did not inform us that the bar closes early (at that time it was still

the wifi was a bit spotty. nothing that can t be fixed with a signal extender.

we had a quick dip in the pool too

the whole hotel was very clean and the laundry service excellent

pool was wonderfully cooling at end of a long day's travel

some other issues (poor wifi, fridge not working, no soap in dispenser, unreliable key card)

the bed was hard and uncomfortable. the spa tub did not work. the bathroom tile grout was dirty.

on one trip we had the bar food (i think available on mon/tues) and it was really excellent

wifi just didnt work at all. wifi was an item i screened for when choosing where to stay.

the room service was awful and the meal was disgusting.

the laundry service is not complimentary, and the reception staff provided me with a list of prices

gym was disappointing by all means, the treadmill broke within 1 hour and never got fixed

also there is a small rooftop pool and a small gym

bar and restaurants had good selection and attentive staff

this hotel is pet friendly

for using the wifi we had to go to the reception area as is was very limited in our room.

discount for parking which was just around the corner, friendly staff, decent breakfast and a fabulous view

breakfast finished at 10am, so it was kind of early (for us, on holidays ;) rooms are not new, but

the buffet breakfast ( spanish style ) represents excellent value for money at 3€ and the staff were

wifi dosen't work, airco wasn't good
