elevators were broken, room was switched, pool key could not be located, several items in the room did not work

the swimming pool was closed due to inspection, but this was not mentioned anywhere on booking

very clean, plenty parking. my son loved the basketball court.

we had to use portable cots to make sure the kids didn’t sleep on the floor

in, believe his name was brandon, was very pleasant and professional, was the only one to address wifi problem

was closed for repairs, not a deal breaker but would have been nice to have at the time with my kids

tub would not get hot, kids in hot tub in underwear, and no hot breakfast due to covid, ran out of water for

out room or toilet paper in the room had to go back to the front desk to get those items pool/gym all

spending over $180 for one night and having to pay $15 for breakfast off a menu. too much

inside bar and relaxing area was a bit too bright

pool, mostly for kids, 4 foot, cold room could be cleaner some staff not friendly did not like that type
