had guest laundry

the room was great. we used the laundry facilities and that was great to have.

it also had a pool and a guest laundry , as well as guest free parking

we enjoyed the pool and hottub area

great facilities - laundry, pool, spa, pool bar and restaurant

were originally allocated a room next to the laundry room but requested to move to avoid possible noise

i was impressed at the option to do your own laundry as well

more bar staff for the pool area

too many partiers near the kids and too many kids near the elderly

the only negative part was we ended up having to use the guest laundry - there wasn t anywhere there to get

the laundry ruined all my t- shirts and shorts . with no apology

the staff went out of their way, gave us a room upgrade and free soap for our laundry

pool for kids, great shallow water at the beach, great service, superior rooms with fantastic

saturday and sunday there was anywhere from 25-40 kids in the pool

and there was no guest laundry room

we enjoyed both beaches, pool & beach bar had excellent food

side had no wifi and spotty cellular service

housekeeping did the bare minimum and one day our room was skipped

the restaurants and pool bar were amazing

loved the fact that the room had a washer and drier, so i was able to keep up with my family's laundry instead

wine opener and some laundry detergent

also, starter laundry supplies would have been helpful

loved the fact that we had a kitchen and laundry right in the

room had a washer and dryer which was amazing, hate coming home from vacation with laundry to clean

saw us trying to figure out the room and parking and jumped right in to help and she is in laundry

t change pool towels because no laundry had been done pool was nice but whole area was a little uncared

the parking is easy and i know what to expect

breakfast was literally the covid bag that everyone gets, but we liked the muffin and oj better

was over charged, which became a hassle due to our issues with wifi

i loved our patio and outdoor shower and the lush garden walkway to the sandy island where the pool and bar

then you walk to their splash island, i named it that lol and the pool, boats, views, hammocks, and a few more

hot breakfast was added this year (eggs & potatoes)

parking is on site and a great breakfast buffet is offered

wifi was very patchy so we never managed to get the tv working to entertain ourselves on the cold

the laundry facilities were not available so we had to find laundry facilities elsewhere

laundry facilities could be better

the beach right out our door, 2 pools and a hot tub even closer, 2 restaurants, a laundry facility, a pier to

like ice it would point down, or laundry, never found the laundry lol

room location was near the laundry station and it was noisy

comfortable bed, nice having regular size shampoo, conditioner and soap, nice towels, laundry service great,

to use the hottub around 7pm and the staff said to me 'i think they are already all sent to laundry sorry'- my

kids area needs updated

the gym was okay

the gym was lovely and air-conditioned, providing pelatons and other high-quality equipment

there was a kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, and you can even do laundry if needed

even an included in resort fee laundry service and the villa was serviced each day

wish there was a laundry facility at bayside location

the kids loved the pool

kitchen was missing frypans,but the maid accommodated us.
